President's
Bio
Bryan L.S. Pease was a partner in a multi-million dollar transportation/special
event company called Excel Destination Management Services, Inc. from 1994
through 2002, with a customer base of Fortune 500 companies electing to have
their corporate meetings in the Naples, Florida area.
He also served as President and Chairman of the Board for two other corporations
during the same period. They were Transportation by Excel, Inc. a Southwest
Florida transportation company as well as IYS Charters, Inc., a commercial
boat operation and charter fishing broker.
Previously, Bryan acted as general manager of a destination management company
in Naples for 7 years. Florida Convention Services, Inc. also had offices in
Ft. Lauderdale and Orlando, Florida.
In the early 80's, he was the marketing director for a western themed resort
in Central Florida where he produced outdoor country music festivals. Some
of the entertainers Bryan worked with included Willie Nelson, Ed Bruce, T.G.
Shepherd, Charlie McClain, The Bellamy Brothers, Hank Williams Jr., Bill Monroe,
Jerry Lee Lewis, Johnny Paycheck, The Oak Ridge Boys, Lee Greenwood and Alabama,
among others. To have so many headliners of their time in such a compressed
period attracted the attention of Nashville, Billboard Magazine interviewed
Bryan with regard to the entertainment success he had at River Ranch Resort.
Prior to moving to Florida, he was an Area Director of CMN Cable Network in
St. Louis, Missouri. The experience he received as a franchisee of the cable
network was an influence as he prepared for the launch of Racing Limos, Inc.
Another influence in this new business is that in the late 70's, Bryan drove
a stock car on the dirt track circuit in Illinois and Missouri. He called Macon Speedway in Macon, Illinois his home track (now owned by Tony Stewart, Kenny Wallace and Ken Schrader); and won the first mini-stock feature ever held there.
Interview With The President
Q1. What type of business do you have?
A franchise company with intellectual property rights that provides racing themed limousine and mobile advertising via franchise locations.
Q2. What is the purpose of this business?
Racing Limos, Inc. sells franchises to individuals desiring to go into business for themselves seeking financial independence, more control over their destiny and flexibility. It is to teach them the business basics in order to be successful. It is to grow the business nationwide and to be the first company to operate a themed limousine business. It is to provide a unique and fun experience to the guest. It is also to generate money to various racing themed charities.
Q3. What is the key message or phrase to describe
your business in one sentence?
Providing the tools to business people in order to provide a unique and fun
experience to the guest utilizing a race-themed limousine.
Q4. What is your reason for starting your own business?
Having operated a major limousine/sedan service company for 15 years, I felt this newly discovered niche would be a successful method of helping
new entrepreneurs enter the business world. I felt this would be a lot of fun,
melding together two of my favorite loves-motorsports racing and the passenger
transportation business. I also felt it had a substantial amount of room for
growth.
Q5. What is your product or service?
Limousines designed to look like racing stock cars. Vehicles utilized are the Toyota Camry, Dodge Charger, Chevy Monte Carlo, Chevy Impala, and the Pontiac Grand Prix. For the Racing
Limos Truck Series, we are utilizing the Ford 150, Chevy Silverado, Dodge Crew
Cab and the Toyota Tundra. The Racing Limos are painted, numbered and lettered
by the same companies that do many of NASCAR's top cars.
Q6. Can you list three unique benefits of your product?
The only race themed limousine business in the world. One of the few ways to
learn how to start a limousine business from the ground up. The only limousine
that can be used for static displays for business promotions as well as limousine
service. For a complete list of the benefits, click
here.
Q7. What is the product application?
Unique weddings, nights out on the town, weekend trips to super speedways,
daytrips to area speedways, static displays, business promotions, children's
birthday parties and sponsorship advertising.

Q8. What led you to develop your product?
While searching Ebay, I noticed a racing themed school bus for sale for private
use. I thought this might have commercial application but felt that maintenance
costs on a full size motorcoach would be too high. My son Jake who was 13 at
the time asked "What about a limo?"
Q9. Who is your competition?
There in no similar product. The closest competitor would be the more traditional
white or black Lincoln stretch limousine companies.
Q10. How is your product differentiated from that
of your competition?
The car is race themed. The car exterior features include custom racecar graphics
designed by a supplier to NASCAR race teams, wind rails, window clamps and
an aggressive rear spoiler. The interior features die cast cars of the top
NASCAR drivers, a black and white interior and accent lighting representing
all the different race flag colors.
Q11. What is the pricing of your product versus your
competition?
The franchisee determines his pricing strategy, whether to market it at a lower price point than traditional limousines or to position it at a higher level due to the uniqueness of it compared to other operators in the market. The national average for a standard limousine is aprox. $90.00 per hour plus 20% gratuity.
In terms of the franchise business, we are totally different then most franchise companies who require you to do it there way or else. We allow you the freedom to create your business plan and marketing strategy based on your local knowledge. We believe that what is right for Tulsa, Oklahoma may not be the same as Queens, New York. We don't micro-manage your business but provide you with the tools and support toward your success.
Q12. Are you making any special offers?
Yes, we are offering several incentives: They include:
- $500 travel deduction. When both parties agree that
it is in their interest for you to become a franchisee of
Racing Limos, we allow you to deduct $500 from the advance
royalty in order to meet the president of Racing Limos,
see a completed Racing Limo and see Racing Limos in the
construction process.
- We waive the monthly royalties for the first 12 months
Q13. What plans do you have for advertising and promotions?
On the national level, we will further our association with the racing community, whether through sanctioning body sponsorships, professional drivers, or race teams. We will continue to offer national platforms with local activation.
Q14. Do you have the management team needed to achieve
your goals?
The management team will grow as the needs dictate. Having been the President
and Chairman of the Board of a multi office company with over 150 employees,
I am prepared for the future and understand the need for infrastructure and
delegation.
