How to Enter: Promotion begins at 12:00 am ET on January 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on March 30, 2008 ("Promotion Period"). Each time you book a limo ride at any participating Racing Limos location during the Promotion Period, you will earn one automatic entry into the Sweepstakes. You may book a limo with the participating Racing Limos location. Click here to Find a Racing Limo. If you cancel a reservation, you will not earn an entry for that reservation. Use of computer programs and/or other automated devices to enter Sweepstakes is prohibited. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your on-line service will apply. To enter without booking a Racing Limo, visit www.racinglimos.com/alternateentry and complete the online entry form. Or, you may send a hand-addressed stamped envelope to: Racing Limos, Inc., 5621 Strand Blvd., Suite 205, Naples, Florida, 34110. Entry must be postmarked by March 30, 2008 and received by April 10, 2008. Limit one mail-in entry per envelope.
Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (ARV): Grand Prize (1): A racing experience from a racing school nearest the location of the winner. Estimated ARV is $500.00. Transportation to and from the school from the winner's home location is not included, unless otherwise agreed to by the local Racing Limos operator. Racing experience must be taken within 120 days of the contest conclusion date on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited or prize will be forfeited and an alternate will be selected, time permitting.
Random Drawing: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about April 10, 2008, from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by an independent judge whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email, mail and/or phone.
General Rules: No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion of prize) of equal or greater value. All applicable federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release, except where prohibited, within seven (7) days of notification before prize is awarded or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Second Prize winners may need to verify address before delivery of prize. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. No responsibility is assumed for lost, misdirected, illegible, postage due or late entries or mail. In the event the racing school session is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor will award a prize of equal or greater value. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator. In the event of a dispute regarding an entry, that entry will be deemed to be made by the authorized email account holder at the time of entry. The Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, faulty or mistranscribed telephone communications or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this promotion or by any human error which may occur in the processing of entries in this promotion. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the promotion or website; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an un-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion if it is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other problems beyond the control of the Sponsor and award prizes from among all eligible online entries received prior to cancellation and all eligible mail-in and phone entries received. The Sponsor and each of its employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this promotion or a prize awarded. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused including computer malfunction, by participation in this promotion or by use or redemption of any prize or by any related activities. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use winners' names and likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.
Eligibility: This promotion is open to legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees of Racing Limos, Inc., their affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, licensees, judges, and the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents) of each such employees, and all those with whom such employees are domiciled, are NOT eligible. This offer is void where restricted or prohibited, and is subject to all federal, state and local laws.
